    Morning, noon & evening!

    What Bridget Jones can do, you can do much better. In our chocolate lounge - which is a lounge, café and bar at the same time. In addition to probably the best barista coffee in Ammerland, there are great tarts, unique chocolates and ingenious desserts. And also some savory alternatives and breakfast dishes!

    It is not only an ideal place for a long coffee break, a light lunch or a late breakfast - but also for a delicious “sundowner” from our extensive drinks menu paired with one of our ingenious desserts!

    We offer our happy hour every day from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., so be sure to stop by and enjoy the evening in a chocolaty atmosphere.

    Get creative with our waffle buffet and create unique and delicious waffles and decorate them with different toppings.

    • From October 8th until Easter Sunday every Sunday (public holidays may vary) from 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the chocolate lounge

    Do you already know our own Amaro creation?

    Our Kamaro is our own creation with a recipe that the chef himself developed! During the Corona period, the temporary boredom was worth it. Christian Voss tried his own liqueur. The result is the Kamaro:

    Pure or on ice - a real treat for the palate!

    From sous chef to chocolatier

    As sous chef here at Restaurant Vossini, we discovered Faruk Ceteler's passion for the culinary talents of chocolate and deepened it in seminars. Together with Bernd Voss we laid the foundation for the start of our chocolate journey in the chocolate hotel. We have now been chocolatiers in the chocolate studio for many years and make great chocolates, cakes and desserts for you. You can simply get to know us at a chocolate event or in between when you visit us in the studio!
