We want to bind you long-term - that's why you receive a permanent contract. We try to maximize your working hours and your private life coordinate We will spoil you - with chocolate and many other extras: We will reimburse you for health services up to €600 per year (e.g. glasses, teeth cleaning, etc.), provide uniforms including cleaning with a small deductible, and you will contribute to the tip. You receive further training at the Chocolate Academy, you can use the SchokoSpa for free on Sunday afternoons, you can check into over 600 hotels in Germany for €25 per night and your family and friends receive special rates at the chocolate hotel.
