2026 steckt uns noch im Herzen. Fakt ist, wir brauchen mehr Zeit und Raum für unsere Ideen!
Nach diesem wunderbaren Festivalwochenende denken wir für
2027 größer: Wir verraten schon mal so viel: Wir planen erstmals
mehrere Tage! Mit besonderen Dinnerabenden, neuen Genussmomenten und ganz viel Schokoladenleidenschaft.
Dafür verschiebt sich das SchokoFestival auf einen späteren Oktobertermin. Das bereits angekündigte Wochenende Oktober 2027 wird es also nicht. Den

Mamma Mia – Dinner & Dance with an ABBA vibe

An unforgettable evening with a sparkling aperitif, a delicious 3-course meal and live musicthat will sweep you away with ABBA’s greatest hits. Sing along at the top of your lungs, dance the night away, and party until midnight — an evening full of rhythm, joy, and good vibes! Bring your favorite people—friends, sisters, daughters, moms, grandmas… but men are also very welcome!

Look forward to an evening all about indulgence, chocolate, and good company. Together with our long-time partner Original Beans, guest chef Kevin Gideon from Oldenburg, and the Alsterperlen, we’ll transform the Schokoladenhotel into a grand stage of indulgence.
At various stations, you’ll find cocoa-inspired culinary delights, special wines, drinks, live music, and more. Watch the chefs at work, rediscover the world of cocoa, and enjoy an evening that invites you to sample, linger, and celebrate.

Freu dich auf einen spritzigen Begrüßungssekt, ein köstliches Dinner und ein mitreißendes Programm in zwei Showblöcken: Erst wird geschlemmt (Vorspeise & Hauptgang), dann heißt es
Vorhang auf! In der Pause wartet dein Schoko-Dessert, bevor das große Finale den Abend bis ca. 22:00 Uhr krönt. Schnapp dir deine Lieblingsmenschen – Freundinnen, Kolleginnen, Mama, Schwester oder Partner – alle sind willkommen!

Cocoa & Chocolate Cooking Class with Dinner
Discover the savory side of chocolate!
In this special cooking class, you'll discover just how versatile cocoa can be—beyond just chocolates and cakes.
Together, we’ll cook hearty dishes in which chocolate plays a surprising and sophisticated role—from an unusual soup to a creative main course and a special dessert.
You'll get plenty of tips on how to use cocoa in the kitchen and discover new and exciting flavor combinations.

Escape Dinner
Menu and schedule subject to change
3 to 6 people, Sunday through Thursday
You and your guests will be welcomed with a fruity aperitif that ties into the story, and you’ll receive a brief introduction.
Then a small appetizer is served, and the Escape Dinner begins with the first “clue.”
These references run throughout the entire menu, and each course is, so to speak, “unlocked” by the group. Part of the dinner experience is also exploring other areas of the venue; for example, the soup course takes you to the hotel, and the dessert course to the chocolate lounge. The goal is to ensure there’s always something extraordinary to discover, taking your guests on a journey—both mentally and culinarily—to the birthplace of chocolate.

Mmm... delicious! Chocolates are simply a must. But did you know everything there is to know about them? Our chocolate seminar will turn you into a chocolate expert!
Learn all about the production, quality, and varieties of pralines. Create delicious praline combinations under the expert guidance of one of our chocolatiers!
