    Sure, you can check in starting at noon for an additional fee of €30. Regular check-in begins at 3:00 p.m.


  • Is a late check-out possible?

    Yes, you can check out by 3:00 p.m. for an additional fee of €30. The standard check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

  • Can we still use the spa area after check-out?

    Yes, you are welcome to use the spa area even after check-out.

  • Is there a bike shelter?

    Yes, there is a lockable bike shed in the hotel's parking lot.

  • Is it possible to charge e-bikes?

    Of course, we’ve also set up charging stations for your e-bike batteries in our locked bike shed. But please note that charging in your room or in enclosed spaces in general is not permitted due to the increased fire hazard.

  • What are the cancellation policies?

    • Bookings for bed and breakfast can be canceled free of charge up to one day before arrival.
    • Bookings can be canceled free of charge up to 3 days before arrival.
    • Bookings made for the holidays can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
    • Non-refundable installments are non-refundable.

    Otherwise, we charge 85% of the accommodation cost as a cancellation fee.
