Where art is to flourish, a studio is a must!
Enjoyment is an art. And it is an art to constantly create new and surprising delights. With our one-of-a-kind “chocolate studio” in Lower Saxony, we have dedicated a special space to this art. Here, our pastry chefs use their imagination, passion, and exceptional craftsmanship to conjure up ever-changing pralines, chocolates, and other treats. And the best part: You can not only watch us at work, but also create your very own pralines or other chocolate treats in our praline workshops. An ideal program for an active and entertaining afternoon with friends. And for “the girls,” we have a very special highlight on the program: casting chocolate pumps.
By the way: If you’d like, as our restaurant guests, you can even watch as your dessert creations are lovingly prepared in the chocolate workshop.
Our Chocolate
In 2017, Bernd and Tanja Voss traveled to Colombia to visit the growing regions and meet the people there. What they experienced was truly unique. The cocoa farmers live and breathe cocoa, and they were thrilled to learn that our cocoa is used to make “Voss Chocolate” and is sold, among other places, at Germany’s only chocolate hotel. They documented through their own impressions and many photos that the cocoa farmers can make a good living and that the value added by the cocoa remains there. Quality comes at a price, and that price should also reach the producers. That is why we work primarily with Original Beans. Our collaboration is very much based on partnership. Together, we’re making great strides toward our mission of “introducing the world to the taste of nature conservation”! Because real chocolate is regenerative. And Original Beans is, of course, authentic. They make pure chocolate that’s both delicious and good—for people and our planet.
