  • Work-Chocolate Balance – €68.50 per person per day

    The following services are included:

    • Welcome coffee
    • Standard equipment (1 of each: bulletin board, flip chart, SmartBoard, presentation materials; writing materials available upon request)
    • A fruit basket isavailable in the lobby all day long
    • Unlimited beverages in the meeting room (Voss spring water and regional fruit juice spritzers)
    • Morning coffee break between 10:30 and 11:30 a.m., featuringspecialty coffees, a selection of teas, and a light snack.
    • Lunch served as a high-quality buffet or a 3-course menu of your choice
    • Water and spritzer for lunch
    • Afternoon coffee break between 2:30 and 4:00 p.m., featuringspecialty coffees, a selection of teas, and a snack

    The lunch buffet includes vegetarian and vegan options. Vegan coffee breaks are also available upon request!

All rooms feature natural light, are air-conditioned, fully blackout, can be illuminated as desired with dimmable halogen spotlights, and feature high-speed Wi-Fi . Of course, the entire conference area is barrier-free and at ground level.

    Yes, the entire conference area at the Chocolate Hotel is barrier-free and accessible at ground level. All rooms are accessible without steps and are wheelchair-accessible.

  • Do the meeting rooms have natural light?

    Of course! All of our meeting rooms are flooded with natural light. If you need a darker environment—for presentations, for example—you can completely darken the rooms. Dimmable halogen spotlights also ensure that the lighting can be adjusted to your preferences at any time.

  • Are the meeting rooms air-conditioned?

    Yes, all meeting rooms are fully air-conditioned. Whether it’s summer or winter, you can focus entirely on your event without having to worry about the temperature.
